Meet Aunt Pat. She's visiting us from Chicago for the weekend. The kids love spending time with her because she's so interactive with them. I love watching her play with them and always see her enjoying their company too. She's actually their great aunt, but we leave the formalities out simply because we already know how great she is! Thank you for taking time to spend with us. I hope you know how much your love means to my family.

Aunt Pat did wonder what I was doing as I layed on my back to get this shot. She made a comment that Uncle Dick (he's a photographer too) would never do such a thing... well, you make sure he sees this and the interesting perspective being on the ground can bring :)

It's not very often we see him, but our times together are becoming more frequent. It's nice to see him hanging around Slater and the kids. I hope he likes the zoo, as this is my unofficial invite for a zoo outing sometime in August.
