Having been inspired by many images on Flickr, I thought I'd try something out of my comfort zone, sun flare. I know this image is out of focus, but I did have a good excuse: the blinding sun! There must be a trick to capturing the sun's colorful rays and being able to focus on the subject without frying my retinas. Chalk another photo up to experience and added to my never-ending try again list.
