Hannah and Chelsea are exactly six months apart. Our girls are often together or talking about each other, as this is what best friends do. Hannah's birthday is fast approaching, so I planned an impromptu photo shoot for them both. I plan on giving Hannah a photo display for her birthday. I know she'll love this series simply because Chelsea does!
